Rietveld Verlichting

Rietveld designed a number of iconic lamps, including the L40 in 1922 and the L25 in 1925.  Rietveld was a pioneer of modernism, setting the first lasting accents of the new era with his "red-blue chair" and the L40 pendant lamp.
