What is the status of my order?

As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. This states which product (s) you have purchased and what the order number is. When your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from us.

What is the delivery time?

Most products are custom-made for you. Our delivery time is usually 6 to 8 weeks. When your order has been processed, we will let you know what the expected delivery date is.

Who delivers my order?

Depending on the delivery address and the products in your order, we make a choice from the delivery services that we work with. Together with you, we plan a delivery appointment.

What are the delivery costs?

We do not charge shipping costs within the Benelux (The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg). For delivery outside the Benelux, you can place your order via the website, after which you will receive a quote from us for the shipping costs. This is without obligation, if you do not agree with the shipping costs, we will cancel your order.
